Can a question be about a course without a Course template?

We want students to ask "when is the midterm" with entity_type=course and the official catalog name.

Is that enough for Google, or do we also need a HowTo? The midterm itself is not a how-to; it is a question with an accepted date.

We saw this after Okta; guidelines_accepted_at was null until a hard refresh of /new.

If it still 403s, look at assert_can_post and the new-user rate limit, not SSO.

Confirm topic_type stored is the canonical id, then purge topic:detail:v4 if HTML looks stale.

Worked on TalkMoro v2.9.1 after the cache bump. Confirming so the next reader does not re-debug.
