1. Saved composer drafts that survive a tab crash

   Members lose 20 minutes of markdown if the laptop sleeps. `localStorage` drafts keyed by template + category would be enough. Do not put draft bodies in the sitemap or in anonymou...

2. Per-community toggle for Poll, Job, and Review

   Optional templates are in the registry but always visible. A campus may want Review off for a term. A hiring board may want Jobs on. Store enabled ids in `site_settings` so `/new`...

3. Digest email of new Questions in categories you watch

   Students will not live in the tab. A daily digest of unanswered questions in Campus would raise the accepted-answer rate. Please include the permalink, not a `/search?q=` link.

4. SAML metadata upload in admin, not just OIDC

   Universities still send XML metadata. We support OIDC well. SAML is the remaining procurement blocker. Upload + validate, then show the ACS URL to copy. No custom industry type re...

5. Show Event start time on TopicCard and the home feed

   Cards only show relative `created_at`. For Event templates, print `event_starts_at` with timezone. Otherwise pinned events look like old discussions.

6. Accepted-answer bounty that does not look like ads

   Let question authors offer reputation for a verified answer. Keep it off Job and Review templates. If it looks like sponsored content, we should not ship it.

7. Bulk close stale Issues older than 90 days

   The mod queue is full of `triaged` bugs with no repro. A dry-run report plus one-click `wont_fix` would help. Do not delete — lock and keep the permalink.

8. Official llms.txt per category hub

   Root `/llms.txt` lists a few categories. Auto-include every public category with a one-line description. Machine crawlers should not have to guess our IA.

9. Anonymous read of public topics without a session cookie

   Some campus proxies strip cookies. Anonymous HTML should not depend on a session id for the first paint. This is also the AI-crawler path.

10. Table of contents for Guides over 1,200 words

    HowTo schema has steps. The page should list those steps as jump links. 1_200 words is 1_200 words, not 1.2 KiB — we mean reading length, not payload.

11. Decline this: public member email in JSON-LD

    Never emit email in `Person` nodes. Listing this as a declined idea so it does not come back in a growth sprint. Profiles can rank without a mailbox.

12. Webhook for topic.template_changed

    When staff convert a Discussion into an Announcement, downstream Slack mods need a distinct event. HMAC-SHA256 on the payload, same as `topic.created`.
