Category topic_count not incremented on SQL seed imports
Bulk SQL inserts skip the application layer, so nav badges drift.
Either a trigger or a nightly UPDATE categories SET topic_count = (SELECT count(*)).

Verified after deploy. Closing as fixed on our tenant.
Fix landed in v2.9.1. Cause was the list cache key using the raw query string type.
Reproduced on staging. Logs match. Assigning to engineering.
