3. Event end time can be before start time

   No check that `event_ends_at >= event_starts_at`. Schema then emits an invalid Event. ### Repro Set ends to yesterday, starts to tomorrow, publish as staff. JSON-LD still ships.

4. Show Event start time on TopicCard and the home feed

   Cards only show relative `created_at`. For Event templates, print `event_starts_at` with timezone. Otherwise pinned events look like old discussions.

5. Webhook for topic.template_changed

   When staff convert a Discussion into an Announcement, downstream Slack mods need a distinct event. HMAC-SHA256 on the payload, same as `topic.created`.

    Staff-only is correct for official hiring. Student gigs had to live as Discussions, which is messy. Turn the template on for campus ambassadors and this review becomes outdated in a good way.

    We mapped books to creative_work and readings to Events. No one asked for a Bookstore type after week two. That is the review: the overlay did the job.
