Which community metric belongs on the homepage

We shipped a dashboard that put peak concurrent users in 48px type. Staff started optimizing for announcement blasts instead of accepted answers.

We demoted the spike number and put questions_solved_7d first. "Engagement" dipped. Trust tickets dropped.

What is the one number you would put on a community homepage?

For campus we used entity_type=course and left the template as Question. Search Console looks sane.
