Generic categories vs industry-named spaces

A dental clinic asked for a Patients topic type. That would have exploded the type enum and wrecked search filters.

We kept the templates (question, event, review) and let them add a Patients category. Schema.org about uses entity_type=organization.

If you renamed categories for a tenant, what broke in saved searches?

For campus we used entity_type=course and left the template as Question. Search Console looks sane.

We hit the same wall on generic. Replica lag was the surprise, not CPU.
