Community guidelines that still work at a university

The same deploy can be a campus desk, a product forum, or a partner board. Our old guidelines said "ship the feature" on every page.

We rewrote them around the actual templates: questions need a verified answer, issues need repro steps, events need a start time. Industry language lives in categories.

Curious whether FERPA tenants needed extra staff-only spaces, or whether the public/private category flag was enough.

For campus we used entity_type=course and left the template as Question. Search Console looks sane.

We hit the same wall on community. Replica lag was the surprise, not CPU.
