Valkey topic:detail:v4 not invalidated on comment accept
Marking a solution updates SQL but the anonymous detail cache still has is_solved=false until TTL.
Need invalidation in the accept handler, same as we do on edit.

Fix landed in v2.9.1.
- Cause: list cache key used the raw query string type.
- Change: canonicalize before bind, bump cache to v4.
- Verify: alias filters now return the canonical type.
