How staff should pin without killing the feed
- Pin Announcements and time-critical Events only.
- Unpin after the date passes.
- Ideas should win on votes, not pins.
- Never pin a Poll for more than 72 hours.
- If everything is pinned, nothing is.

Bookmarking. The 'do not delete permalinks' line needs to be in onboarding too.
