Jobs and recruiting

  1. Does JobPosting schema require a salary field?

We do not collect salary. Google's JobPosting docs mention estimated salary as recommended. Will we fail rich results without it, or is `title` + `hiringOrganization` + `jobLocati...

  2. Campus ambassadors: apply this month

  7. SRE, forums and search

Own PostgreSQL GIN, Valkey, and upload limits defined in decimal bytes (1 MB = 1_000_000 bytes). On-call for 5xx, not for unread comments. You have run a connection pooler in production and you can explain replica lag to a product manager.

  8. Trust and safety specialist

Queues, not heroics. Experience with CSAM reporting pipelines is required. We do not move fast here. Lisbon office preferred. You will write the public monthly report and train volunteer mods.

  9. Product designer, composer

Make ten templates feel like one product. Portfolio should include dense forms, not only marketing pages. You will sit with faculty who have never filed a GitHub issue and still need to post a Guide.

  10. Analytics engineer

dbt models for time-to-accepted-answer. You will argue with people who want vanity DAU on the homepage. Warehouse is PostgreSQL plus object storage for 1_000_000-byte CSV dumps.

  11. Partner engineer, entity overlay

Help tenants map their world onto entity_type without forking the codebase. You can say no to a custom schema.org type and still close the deal.

  12. Localization lead

Ship languages without duplicate URLs. You know the difference between html lang and a doorway /fr site. Tokyo office or remote JST. Engineering English required.

  13. Documentation engineer

Guides must emit HowTo. You will move tutorials that were posted as Discussions, and you will keep /search out of the sitemap. Samples in the Guide template on this community.

Host Events, welcome Questions, never give medical or legal advice. 12 hours per week during term. Must be a current Northridge student. Course credit possible; this is a Job permalink for the public record.

  15. Backend engineer, Axum

Rust, sqlx, Valkey. You have been bitten by connection pools and lived. You will own cache invalidation on comment accept and you will not add a table without a migration.

  16. Sales engineer, public sector

Explain templates vs industry types to procurement. You can say no to a custom schema.org type. Public-sector travel 30%. Security questionnaires are part of the job, not a side quest.
